Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I like hearing what people are eating.
I don't have a menu this week though since we're leaving town. I had a shake last night for dinner after my workout and Ben ate leftovers.

I like menu monday, I just had nothing to contribute. We are flying by the seat of our pants this week.
Next week however, its on like donkey kong. DH has finally agreed to allow wheat pasta and meal overhauls to make them healthier.
