1. A formal foyer/entryway
2. Multiple fireplaces
3. A room dedicated to music where we could put our piano
1. His and hers closet
2. butler's pantry/kitchen (for myself to hide all the prep work during holidays and big parties)
3. Swimming pool
1. Vintage colored tile in the kitchen and/ or bathrooms.
2. A separation of rooms with both formal and non-formal areas. I hate modern open floor plans.
3. At least one fireplace.
1. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room that overlook a large piece of land.
2. Inground pool.
3. Commercial kitchen (including at least a 6 burner gas range, and commercial range hood).
