Nerves!
I had an interview this morning for a different department at my company. I never had an interview when I first started working here, I temped and was hired on the spot. The questions here sucked! Luckily they know me here well enough to know my work ethic is great, but I'm still nervous. There was a point there where I was thinking so hard about where I was going, I was completely unaware of the words spilling out of my mouth. Glad that's over!
