Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Shin Splints

I just got back into running using C25K. As I've increased my speed and time, I'm getting terrible shin splints. I've started stretching more and bought new sneakers as mine were over a year old. I'll give myself 2-3 days off if my legs are sore. Any suggestions for avoiding them?  TIA!
