I tried to follow the Hal Higdon novice 1 training program, but it was just to time intensive and didn't really seem to give my body enough time to recover between workouts (I was always sore and tired).
The past couple weeks, I have been logging between 11-12 miles (running 2 - 3 times/week). I have been feeling good and planning to increase my long runs from 6 - 11 miles.
I plan to run 3 miles on Sundays, 5 miles on Tuesdays and the long runs on Friday or Saturdays.
My 1/2 marathon is Memorial Day weekend. Does this sound like enough training to prepare or do I need to log more miles during training? My goal is to finish the run within 2 hours.

They usually start running X amount of miles (for you that sounds like 6 miles) and add on 1-2 miles/week depending on how they feel. By the time
