bathroom theme

i am new to this board and wanted to introduce myself. my name is name is Kara, from Pennsylvania. H and I married Sept 2012 and bought our first home. we have been in the house since Feb. things are all coming together with the house with all the small projects. we have painted the rooms that needed it and decorated them to our likings all except for the master bathroom. i need some ideas for for the master bath... 

the rest of the house is decorated as follows:

kitchen - oak cabinets, blue walls and red stars.

Living room - will be remodeled this spring, (knocking out walls, making it from "L" shaped to a big living room and a dining room) more of an earthy color scheme, greens and browns with a wildlife/country theme.

dining room - will go with the kitchen

downstairs bath - a wildlife theme, deer, bears, fish... and green walls

master bedroom - 2 walls white and 2 walls blue with romantic wall clings and hangers and blues

the spare bedroom is just plain

and the nursery (not needed yet) is a noah's arch theme

My bathrooms have been pretty plain, totally black and white (but funky patterns), and antique brown/light blue/white. My bathrooms have all been super small so I try not to make it too busy in there.

My bathroom's theme actually ended up being based around this beautiful dark wood mirror I found.  The walls are painted a light green and we recently replaced the vanity and trimming, which are made of a dark wood (it complements the green very nicely).  I found some really nice wrought iron hooks and toilet paper holder at Hobby Lobby (I hate the usually stuff that you usually find it bathrooms), and have a sort of outdoorsy theme to it, with birds and owls.

We have an awesome shower curtain in our main bathroom with brown and lime green polka dots. I went from there and picked out a lime green soap dispenser, tan and brown towels, and a wooden toothbrush holder. We can't do anything too crazy because we're in an apartment.

Well I am obsessed with the beach and relaxation, so our bathroom is a seashell dark brown towels and rugs, calm blue walls.  Floors are white/grey tile and we have white trim.  So it all blends together..  I have a few seashells in there and  beach themed decor.  I love dark dark woods, so our house has this theme kind of throughout the house.  Still looking for fun things that I love to add to our home.  Have fun!!!  I love decorating, just wish I had a bigger house and more money to do it!!! And Congratulations we got married this past September as well!!! Best of luck with everythign!!!
