Shoes for spinning
I've been taking spin classes 3 times a week for years now and have been wanting to purchase cycling shoes forever. Right now I would be using them for only spin class. I don't want to spend a ton and have no idea what type to get. I know to get the spd clips. I llike the look of the mountain bike ones but I'm wondering if the soles will be stiff enough. Any advice would be great!!!
