How often do you call into work?  What does it take for you to take an unscheduled or sick day?

I don't call in very often.  I have to be near death to actually take a sick day.  My supervisor has sent me home several times and told me to take care of myself.  Usually if I call in it's because of a snow storm.  We got 1

I call in sick once in awhile.  I get a lot of migraines and sometimes that can render me completely useless and nauseous.

I am one of three employees at my current job, so I hardly ever call in. I take care of a physically/mentally handicapped man who can get sick easily though, so if I know it would be bad for him to get it I pretty much HAVE to call in.
