We moved to the southwest part of the cities in June 2012. We signed up for Charter Wireless Internet.
We don't have a landline and our cell phones are with Verizon.
We also do not have TV of any kind.
Charter had us paying $40.34 from June thru October. Then, they raised our price to $58.34 in October 2012 (an $18 increase), now they've jacked our price to $63.33 (as of March 2013). So in 5 months, we have seen a $23 increase in Internet.
Also, our wireless ceased working about 4 months ago and it's our fault for not calling to get this resolved until now (we've been very busy), but is it typical for...
A. Charter to do this?
B. Their service to be spotty?
C. And, is there a better provider to choose? We live in the Apple Valley, Lakeville, Prior Lake region.
