Late period due to Amoxicillin?

I was supposed to have my period Friday night and I have been taking Amoxicillin for 6 days. Does anyone know if antibiotics or sinus infections throw off cycles? I don't take birth control pills so it's not throwing off that.

Thank you for your response. I am pretty confidant that I ovulated at my usual time. I had a cold before the sinus infection, and a lot of stress. I am usually very consistent so it looks like I should get a pregnancy test

If you did ovulate at your usual time, your period was due Friday, and you still haven't gotten it, you're probably pregnant. Unfortunately, unless you're charting, you can't be sure when you ovulated, and the cold/stress around that time definitely

Take a test, medication can make your BC ineffective. If you didn't have sex b/c you were sick or used backup then you are probably fine.

Yes that's right, we only use condoms and we are trying a new lube. I was a little unclear because of my migraine. I bought 2 tests and am trying to decide if I should test today or wait until tomorrow morning.
