Deep Creek Lake

Does anyone have any suggestions on things to do in the area? I haven't been since I was in middle school, and I don't remember too much. I will have a 4 year old and a 1.5 year old with me, if anyone knows any good kid activities too.

  • Wisp has a mountain coaster- I would think your 4 year old is big enough for it. 
  • The activities at Wisp looked really fun but we didn't do any of them b/c we had our dog with us (coaster, chair lift, etc...). We went hiking at Swallows Falls and that was really pretty. Renting a boat would be fun. I think there's also a place with min

  • Smiley's has good pizza and lots of fun games.

     Wisp has the forest coaster, and you can take the chairlift to the top, and there is a white water rafting course at the top - no good for a little one to actually do but it is fun to watch!
