Look pregnant but not

For the past 8 or so months I've looked like I'm pregnant. I would keep getting comments from older members of the family and now they're saying maybe there's something wrong like a cyst or something thyroid related. My husband insists that I look normal but I wonder if he's just trying to make me feel better. I feel like I could pass for 5 months. Over the summer I saw an OBGYN who said my stomach felt fine and normal, but I think it's possible that it's gotten a little bigger since then. I've gotten a few new clothes out of necessity only to have to size up again months later...not really sure what is going on.

My dad says this is probably from my medication (seroquel). My dose for that was also recently increased. It's just that most of the gained weight is concentrated in my stomach, though some of it is in my boobs, butt, and thigh area. Has anyone experienced this?
