HELP!!!
Hey everyone,
I need help. My fianc? and I are in the process of buying a home. We just received word from our realtor that the seller wants to Lease back for two months. I don't know what this means or what to do. I don't feel comfortable with having to pay on "our" house while we can't live in it. Not to mention, we don't even know if our lender will allow it. What should we do? I know we need to talk to our lender, but if he says that we can't what do we do? I don't want them to back out of the deal just because of this. Please advise. I could use all the information and help I can get!
