  • Middle of last month a few coworkers and I started a support group.  We all have the same goal of losing 15lbs by the fall.  I was getting nowhere, then I got an account on myfitnesspal, and it is making a world of difference.  I'm down 2lb
  • Could be better. I'm trying to be better about juices and stuff, but then yesterday a coworker brought me a cookie, and then DH brought home a cakepop and a toffee bar. Evil. (Delicious.)

  • The scale budged ever so slightly this week. With 28 days left until I leave for Hawaii, it's starting to get very discouraging. I'm going to do a detox (all natural with honey, cinnamon and apples) and see if that doesnt help kickstart my metabolism.&nbs
