Restaurant help
We set the date for DS's christening in june. I now need suggestions for what to do afterwards. My house is a shoebox, so anything at home is out. After much debate, we are looking at about 30 people. I was thinking of taking everyone out to lunch and doing a set menu of a few entrees and appetizers to avoid certain people taking advantage. We do not want to spend 9000 dollars either (maybe 20 bucks a person). I am also thinking a BYOB. We are looking at South Philly but I am open to CC. Christening is at 12:30. My mom graciously offered her home to us, but I feel bad to put that burden on her. TIA!
Re: Restaurant help
We had T3's at Tre Scalini on Passyunk, about 40 people so we had the whole place, I want to say it was around $25 per person after everything but it is BYOB and we did bring in a cake and cookies.
Also, I had T1's communion at Maggiano's,
