A bit of a stupid question, but can you order sushi to go? I've never heard of anyone getting sushi to go, but w/ the little one I'd love the option.

Yes, you can order sushi to go. It's not as fun eating it at home as in the restaurant, but it works. But if your worried about sanitary reasons, you can choose the stuff w/ tempura or cooked stuff.
You totally can, we do it all the time.
There's no more dire "refrigeration issue" than there is with any other food, just use common sense -- eat it when you bring it home or stick it in the fridge.
The hair grows in thick where the horn used to be.
