We both own paintball markers and H has a pellet gun. But no other firearms.

I just replied to that post! We don't currently. But DH grew up a hunter, so I could see it in the future. I haven't ever shot a gun, so it would take a little more convincing for me.

Eventually I want to own my own farm.  At that time it would be necessary.  In the meantime, if I want to go shoot, I can just go to the family farm and set up some targets.

H does, my dad bought my H, my BIL and my nephew all the same rifle. I grew up around them as my dad is a hunter and outdoorsman.  H is also former military so I'm comforatble with him owning/using/posessing firearms.

We don't have any firearms.  I'm not sure where I stand on the position.  I don't condone anyone who responsibly keeps them in their home because it is our right.
