What wall color? PIPs

Right now our Master bedroom is painted a mustard yellow. I like it ok but I want a change. Our bedroom set it a honey oak color. I just bought new bedding and curtains (below). The background in the bedding is a cream color and the curtains have more of a beige background. On the walls I have B&W photos of DH and I and the picture (below) is above our bed. I want  all of the walls to be the same color. What color should I paint the walls? I like red but I wonder if that will be overwhelming. I was thinking a cream color but I don't want it to be too bland. Thoughts?
