The season has begun!

 Yesterday I mowed our lawn for the first time this year. 

How many of you are the one who mows, vs' DH?

I mow the lawn, because I honestly don't mind it!  DH does the weed-eating and trimming though.

Lawn is my favorite thing in gardening and I love to see it clean and tried to keep it always lush green.

I love mowing the lawn.  Great workout!  I don't like the weed eater though so my hubby has to do that.

I've mowed twice already and honestly it could use a cut again! I'm the mower in our family too. DH works 3-11 and refuses to do it before work and says that he can't very well mow in the dark. One day I swear I'm putting up 12 flood lights so he can mow when he gets home like I do (I work night shift so I often stay up and do it in the morning. Not so fun). I think both he and the neighbors will be very impressed when the house is lit up like a runway and he's mowing at midnight. haha.

I mow the lawn, or should I say cut the grass with a push reel.  I love it and consider it a work out with a bit of serenity.  It is handy to take it out and put it back with out much other hassle.  Every so often I get out the weed wacker, DH tends to the finicky string for me though.  My final step is going over the weed wacker debris with the leaf blower.
