Ideas on how to mesh my husband's home office and my art studio/craft room
Hi Ladies,
I am having an issue. My husband, son and I moved to a three bedroom apartment. We have the extra room for the office, but I would like to also create a place in the room for my craft/art studio. I thought that it would be easy, but I am struggling to come up with ideas because I want to make sure that my husband has his office space too. We have different likes. I am the type for colors and different textures and beautiful things such as flowers(daisies, hydrangeas). He likes old world, science stuff, etc. I want it to look cohesive. Any ideas? I would like to include pictures of us and our son too. Our dog and cat too. Our lives together. I just don't want the two themes to look goddy and clash. Thanks for the advice.

I would try mixing dark with light, soft and smooth textures. I think the pic below is a very balanced masculine/feminine office space:
