Okay, so I ordered these shoes for a wedding that is tonight. They arrived from Zappos yesterday, so they are not broken in. Sorry the pic is huge.
They were cheap and will probably hurt me. But I was going for this color and style and this was the best I could find at the last minute.
I tried them on yesterday and they fit fine, but the toe area seems like it will rub and cause blisters - it is like a plastic-y material on the inside. What can I buy/do/wear to try to mitigate the damage?
Re: help me with these shoes
I've used the Dr. Scholl's rub strips and found that they worked pretty well.
I've never tried it, but I've heard chafing stuff helps to prevent blisters.
I buy this, but it's probably only found at a sporting goods/biking/running store:

ah - mom brain strikes again!
I have the rub strips (somewhere) and I have Body Glide (also somewhere).
I am going to pick up moleskin after work as backup. Gracias!
