Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm falling apart
I went to the doctor's today. This was my first time seeing him, and since I've only had one family doctor, I was nervous. They were VERY nice! I think I made a good choice.
Well... looks like I'm taking a sleep study machine home next Friday and sleeping with it for 3 nights. They think it might be sleep apnea, and I should have results a week from when I take the machine back. I'm also getting blood work done just to rule out thyroid and other things. AND I have a fast resting heart rate, which they told me at my work physical. With my mom's current heart issues, I'm getting an echo cardiogram. Then I go back to the doctor's May 31th for a review.
