Purebred German Shepherd needs new home

Hi all!  I haven't posted in FOREVER  and most of you probably don't know me, but I used to be a regular here, and I'm back to ask for your help.

I've been fostering a wonderful GSD, Buster, for the rescue that I volunteer with.  When I took him in 5 weeks ago, he was battling some significant skin and weight issues.  He's still battling, but I've seen significant improvement, especially with his skin issues.  When he is back to 100%, he is going to be a stunningly gorgeous dog.

Since he's improving so much, it is time for me to really start searching for his forever home, and this is where I need your help.  Can you please "Like" his Facebook page, where I chronicle his progress, and share it with friends?  I truly believe that we can find his new home through the power of social media.  His perfect family is out there, and maybe you can help me find them!  His page can be found here:  www.facebook.com/pages/Busters-Battle/417238765033786

Thank you so much!

Oh, and here is a picture showing the improvement that we're seeing after 5 weeks!   image

  • The link isn't working for me.  Where are you located?  I hope you can find a forever home for him.  He is adorable!
  • Thanks ladies!  I'm not sure why the link isn't working. If you search for "Buster's Battle" on FB you should be taken directly to the page. The profile pic is of Buster's head :)

  • Sorry, didn't answer your other question. We are located in central PA, but ill consider applications for him from anywhere in the US. Transports for rescue dogs are pretty common and I could get him transported anywhere once a home is approved.
