EFMP question . . .

So, we just found out today (a week and a half out from when we are leaving to relocate to California) that EFMP denied our son to leave Florida. When his specialist doctor and pediatrician have both said it was fine for us to relocate and establish new doctors in California...That there are no restrictions on anything(except for keeping him out of daycare/preschool unless it was absolutely necessary). Our things are in California, we have a house rented out there already, our cars are to be picked up next week, airfare has been purchased. The EFMP office here said that we can try to get another doctor to tweak the wording and see if that helps. I also just called our son's pediatrician to send a referal to Tricare for a specialist out there anyways, to see if that helps. Has anyone else ever dealt with this craziness?! Any advice would be sooo helpful right now. Thanks!
