I just launched a new monthly feature on my blog, in collaboration with a local chef and restaurant owner. Each month, we'll be presenting a complete menu plan along with recipes and grocery list, to allow you to host a dinner party for 6 for less than $40.
I'd love to hear any feedback or suggestions anyone might have!

Re: Dinner party on a budget
That is a great idea! Thank you! I should probably do the same with the grocery list. I've never tried to post anything "printer friendly" on my blog...do you have a favourite way to do that, or should I start googling? The first way that comes to mind is to make the recipe in to a jpeg.
That is the most wonderful idea I have ever seen!! I love to have dinner parties at home and have all my friends come over.
This can actually make our lives a lot easier.
So glad to hear such positive feedback! I've heard lots of great things from my readers since I posted this first dinner party....and great feedback from my friends that I hosted this past Saturday! Can't wait to do another at the end of May!
