H has to go down the shore to help his parents get ready for their renters. I was debating on going but decided I rather have a day to myself.

Rants : My office is hit with some sort of Plague!!! I just cleaned my hands like I was about to perform an operation. haha
Raves: FRIDAY!
Plans: Errands tonight, cleaning the apartment tomorow and then one of our friends is coming over to watch the Red Wings game. Sunday is more errands and taking our pup to the groomer's
Raves: If everything goes according to plan, then we should be moving into our first home by the end of the month
Rants: I've been sleeping like sh!t again and am so exhausted :-/

It's Friday and I don't have to work, woohoo!!!! I just booked our weekend camping trip to the Porcupine Moutains in the UP. I am so excited to spend a weekend away with H and the pups even if I do have to wait until August.

Weekend Plans
Yard work mostly. I am excited to clean out my flower beds and get new stuff in there. I have to convince my mom to come over and help because I definitely did not inherit her green thumb!
Tonight I am taking a friend to the new TJ Maxx that opened in town. She's weird about shopping so I said I'd be her personal shopper and find her great stuff at great prices. Who doesn't want to spend someone else's money

Seriously, AF? You had to make that last cycle the longest I've ever had just so you could show up in time for THIS weekend??? Grr.
Raves:
My parents came back to CT for the summer! Weekend plans are totally Rave-able. And, it's supposed to be a beautiful weekend. Perfect wedding crashing weather, I hope!

That's about the one good thing about AF.. at least now I know we can enjoy a nice bottle of wine with our fancy anniversary dinner! 
Pretty much as soon as I get home from work, we're throwing clothes in a bag and heading out of town.. Happy Anniversary to us!

Plans: Tomorrow we're heading out with the teardrop camper! Spending a night at Sonoma Coast Beach State Park, then a couple nights at the Humboldt Redwoods State Park- We're going to hike to the oldest grove of redwoods in the world! We get back on H's birthday, and I'm going to surprise him with Giants tickets for that night- SO excited!
Raves: The planning portion of the trip is almost over!

I have always wanted to camp the Porcupine Mountains! We planed a trip last year and then DH had to get his gallbladder out last min so we had to cancel :-(
Tonight we are going out with DHs brother to BW3s
The rest of the weekend I plan on kicking butt on house work! I want to finally finish our downstairs bathroom this weekend, sand and paint the front porch, roto till a spot for my garden, and cut the grass! Doubt I will get it all done, but I have high hopes. We have a lot we need to get done before we go to Flordia in 2 weeks
Raves/Rants?
This week flew by and was a good week! I had a ton of energy last night and got a good amout done around the house, now to keep it up through the weekend!
Raves: well I'm posting from Florida, so that's pretty awesome!
Rants: I've more or less been up since 5am and didn't sleep well last night. I am really looking forward to crashing tonight!
Plans: we're here for H's cousin's wedding which is tonight. Those are the only concrete plans we have until Wednesday when we have to fly back!

Weekend plans: I have a fairly busy day at work tomorrow. Sunday we are going to get the camper ready for our first camping trip of the season. I hope to get down to Newport, RI to take a walk along the Cliff Walk and maybe see a mansion (again). I just love Newport.
Rants: Went to class on Monday, took an exam, and then my professor recommend that I withdraw from the course (immediatly). Thus, I did. Kind of upset that instead of taking a step forward, I have now taken two back.
Raves: The weekend is supposed to be lovely and we're that much closer to our anniversary next weekend! Really looking forward to vacation!
