As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Sad Mac
So, recently I had an experience kind of similar to Carrie in Sex and the City -- my computer crashed and that was the end of it. Goodbye photos, goodbye music, goodbye EVERYTHING! Being in a similar profession (journalism) to Carrie, I was devastated. Miranda asked her when the last time she backed-up was... my friends asked me the SAME thing! Both Carrie and I had the same answer: "never"
How often does everyone "back-up" their computer? And what's the easiest way to go about doing this with my new Mac laptop? I want to make sure I don't over spend on any extra computer gear I might need, but I also don't want to lose everything again in the future if this happens...
