Brisbane Australia

Does anyone have experience with traveling in this area?

I've not been out of the country since I was a child, so this is first time planning such an extravagant adventure.

I'm still in the initial planning phase, not times/dates locked down but just wanted to start touching base and researching.

Thanks for any info you can provide.

Re: Brisbane Australia

  • We were there last year as part of my destination wedding trip. Are you planning on staying there along with some other areas? Brisbane is nice, and very easy to get around, but it's just another city. We stayed at the Sofitel Central, which is right in the middle of town just above central station (they have a metro rail.) The airport has a rail as well (Airlink) and we got off of our flight, got through customs, and just took the rail right to the hotel and then back again to head onwards. We also took the rail to a suburb (Mitchelton) for dinner. We weren't there for long, so we just did some general sight seeing and they had a nice shopping district a few blocks from the hotel,

  • It is beautiful place for traveling as specially for the couples as here are some important attractions that really make your journey.
Brisbane has a year-round living climate. When the wet season hits the northern Australian tropics, Brisbane enjoys hot and clear summer days (with afternoon thunderstorms). When winter hits the southern capitals of Sydney and Melbourne sending temperatures into the low teens (°C) the Brisbane climate stays mostly dry and sunny, with daytime temperatures usually remaining above 20°C.

    Famous places include
Brisbane City Hall and King George Square
    Museum of Brisbane
    St Stephen's Cathedral
    City Botanic Gardens
    Alma Park Zoo
    Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary
    Manly Boat Harbor
    New Farm Park
    Wheel of Brisbane

    Along with Interested Activities include
    Kangaroo Point Balloons over Brisbane

Apart from it Australia is a beautiful country and to know more about it visit Kambalda near Perth that tells all about the economy backbone of the Australia.

  • Trust me my friend Brisbane is one of beautiful places you can visit. The weather is awesome, people are friendly & good affordable hotels are also available. But aware of fraudulent, which is pretty rampant almost everywhere.
