I saw you mentioned that you have a fitbit. Which one do you have? Can you tell me a little about it? I've been thinking of getting one!

I got the Fitbit One in March. I really like it. Ugh, such a wake up call as to how sedentry my days are at a desk job. I've been walking more, stairs etc on potty breaks, and walking at lunch on nice days.
It'll sync to iPhones or the samsung galaxy phones, neither one I have (yet). When I get home it syncs from a doggle on my laptop. I've had to re-sync it once, but it works great. I also have it synced to MFP. So if I update MFP it'll update on the fitbit website for weight, food etc. It's great since I'm already used to updating MFP. You get more calories on higher active days, which is nice.
I did notice when I clipped it to my bra, and drove in my jeep I had WAY too many flights of stairs climbed. I think the girls gave it more bounce. I stick to wearing it in my pants.
I wear it at night, and it says I wake up on average 14-16 times. I think I've only been in the single digits 3 times in 2 months. It's why I went to the doctor's. I didn't tell him this, but when he suggested a sleep study, I knew I needed to get checked out.

Like Mana, H and I both have the Fitbit One. I have had my since January and it has really been eye opening as far as how much I move. I have steadily increased my steps over the past few months and I think it has really helped keep me on track with weight loss. I also use mine for a sleep tracker, I think it is relatively accurate. I have never been a good sleeper and it has helped figure some things out.
Since H and I both have one, we challenge each other. Whoever takes the most steps that week doesn't have to clean the bathrooms
