I promise I will write one up for you all, I know there are a lot of pending trips among the group.  I have a 3 hour meeting this morning, so it may not be done until later today or tomorrow depending on my work schedule. But let it be known that we had a fun time, and EJ's favorite part of the whole trip was the swimming pool. (yes,  we have one of those in the back yard....).

Amanda, she's not alone. We did trips to Mexico and Disney last year, and Jackson continues to talk about "Mexico, the place with the big pool right outside our door" and Disney, where we could swim in winter.

We have a house right by a lake where we boat and go to the beach almost every, but the resort pools win out for him too .

I'm glad to hear you had fun!  Any time Jake talks about the Disney trip, he always asks about the pools....how big they are, how much time he'll have to swim, etc...  I guess that's what always gets the kids!

Emmy, I'm learning with each trip. This time, we're arriving around noon. Day 1 will be a swimming day, and then the day my sister and I both have our races will be a second swimming/Downtown Disney day. I think those days may be the highlight of the trip for Jackson. Michael is still all about Mickey, so this should be a good balance of their interests :-)

So glad my kid isn't the only one who went the whole way to Disney only to cry over wanting to stay at the hotel pool all day! We did one full day at the pool during our stay, and one evening, and I'm so glad we made the time for them or she would've been miserable!
