I ate salmon tonight...
And I didn't hate it! Thanks everyone for your ideas! We ended up making teriyaki salmon, but bought an already marinated filet from our gourmet market. It was pretty good!

We ended up at the seafood counter of the market district Giant Eagle (I know it doesn't sound gourmet to some, but this store is HUGE!) We would've liked to have gone to the Hill's market, but we didn't feel like driving.
Anyway, the salmon from the Market District was really fresh and really good.
