Junie B. Jones
I know we were talking about chapter books a few weeks ago. DD received a few of these as a late birthday gift this weekend. And we started reading one. She loves them, and I found it cute and entertaining as well.
Some of Junie's behavior is less than ideal (although funny!), so we use it as a way to discuss what not to do.
There is a whole series and we started reading the first book.

Yes--there were definitely moments where I said, "You wouldn't act like that would you?" Just so DD would re-affirm what she should do and what behavior is appropriate.
