As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

    I have to run this week. My back is really not in a good place, but I cant stop my training or I will be useless for this run in June. Thankfully my house is clean and I can throw someting into the crock pot for dinner because I am laying on the couch with ice packs again this afternoon. After my d@mn run.

    just be careful you don't want to further hurt yourself! take a hot bath tonight and stretch afterwards. this is what was recommended to Ben when he hurt his back.

  • I'm working out per my normal routine. I do need to kick up the running a notch though because I have a 5K on June 8th i'm running.
