I'm planning a cook-out/BBQ with friends and family, my fingers are crossed for beautiful weather!!!

We normally do a huge family affair for July 4th, but for various reasons, it's being moved to Memorial Day this year. I'm in charge of Saturday night for 25-30 people. We're doing grilled chicken from a local restaurant, so I just have to come up with sides and desserts. My only problem is that I don't have enough 9x13 pans!

I have planned an exciting weekend of trimming trees and bushes, leveling our yard, and tons of homework...
...but at least I wont have to go to the office for three whole days!!

Re: This weekend. Am working Saturday as a Entertainer (Balloon Twister) and Sunday am taking my kids to the mall to be photographed. Its been over a year... and we didn't purchase recital or school photos
