PreSchool Graduation Party part 2

the "party" will be early... so what should I serve?

I was def planning on a Spinach, Strawberry and Walnut salad.

and... a sub? coldcut platter?

    I think the cold cut platter sounds good with some fresh rolls so people can make their own sandwiches.  I'd just do a your salad, a pasta or macaroni salad, potato salad type stuff on the side with some chips.  
  • yes, keep it simple.  what about a pizza party?
    sometimes all you really need in life is a pink wig.
  • To keep it easy for yourself you could just order a wedge (or cold cut platter) with salads and have some chips, dip or cheese and crackers. I wouldn't go nuts since you'll be coming right from the ceremony and won't have much prep time.
