Re: Weightloss Wednesday
It's been going good, other then this past weekend. We went to visit H's parents who live out in the middle of no where, so all we did was watch movies and sit on the couch. There's also this great ice cream place there and we went there twice! Horrible!
But, I have been working out really well. We didn't go on Monday, but went yesterday and I did an hour of cardio. I worked out this morning and did a little mini Insanity session. We are going to the gym tonight, tomorrow, Friday and Saturday. My plan is to do mini Insanity sessions in the morning (about 30 minutes worth) and do 1 hr cardio sessions at night. I know it's a lot, but I have got to burn some fat really soon because H keeps bugging me about floating the river and pool time and I am no where near ready to put on a bikini!
Seipel, have you tried vodka water with lime? You can add a little splenda or stevia and make it like a spiked limeade too. This is about the healthiest alcoholic beverage I've found and actually like.
I'll have to give it a try. I just realized this weekend is Memorial day weekend. Not much chance of me not drinking. lol! Now if someone could just stop me from getting pizza or taco bell at the end of the night!
Still not working out, but I'm doing much better with eating. Not necessarily healthy eating, but definitely not as much as I was eating. I'm not snacking after dinner and really only eating at meal time. Hopefully I can get on exercise track soon.
I've been losing 1 pound a week steadily. Small losses are better than the 5 pounds I gained in one week a few weeks back.
