As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

wisdom teeth out
Hey everyone
So like the subject says, i got my wisdom teeth out last Friday. It sucked. now it is Wednesday and i am not in alot of pain, but still feeling some discomfort.. i have spoken to the dentist on tips to help and all they say is the pain killers perscribed and rest... Does anyone have any other ideas/tips or advice to help
