Intro!
Hey everybody! My name is Sierra. I'm new to TN but usually post on TK since I am currently planning a wedding. I recently got a new member to our family, my little baby boy Thor. Thor is about 14 weeks old and is an orange tabby. Although, he is more blonde right now. I have had him since he was 8 weeks old. He has brought so much joy to our lives already. He has an awesome personality. He is sweet and affectionate, and spunky and fun! He loves his floor to ceiling 3 tier cat tree, and he loves anything with feathers. Today I got him a new toy, it's a circle thing with a light up ball. He can't get the ball out and can only push it around. He LOVES it. He also loves little bird toys that make chirping noises. He loves cuddling when it's time for bed or when he's ready for a nap. He is def spoiled! I just love getting him new toys. It doesn't help that he rips the feathers off every toy within a few days.
Here is my question...the last few nights, at bed time, he comes into the room (he sleeps with us because he doesn't really bother us at night) and starts licking both mine and my FIs hands. He constantly runs his head against us and licks the both of our hands, then eventually falls asleep right in the middle of us. Is the excessive licking a normal thing?
FI grew up with cats all his life. Last year he lost his 20 yr old cat. I have never owned a cat (I am allergic to them, but dealing with it because I love my kitty). I look up everything I possibly can about kittens and cats. I came over here because I am looking for a place to go where I can ask questions about Thor and tell all the funny stories! I am loving being a mama to this furry little baby boy!!
