Need a BBQ sauce recipe
Hi all, I'm having some trouble making BBQ that both my husband and I enjoy. He loves sweet KY BBQ (which I hate), and I love sour/spicy eastern NC BBQ (which he hates). I made some eastern NC BBQ this weekend that was okay with him (because it had a much weaker vinegar taste) but it was too plain for both of us. So it's great, but it needs some added BBQ sauce that both of us can enjoy. I think something savory or spicy would do the trick.
