Do you know any couples who have the same name as you and your husband?
We are Christina and David and I know another couple with the same names who just got married. And even weirder: our last name starts with F and theirs starts with E!
Re: names
nope! my name is Alexis which isn't too common in people my age (24.) It got really popular about 10 years ago so there are a lot of little girls named Alexis, but I've only met one adult Alexis.
my H is Richard. I feel like the name Richard is the opposite. Richard is more of an older man's name, not as common in younger men and children.
We both have common names (Amanda and Jeff), but I don't know another couple with our names.
I do know a Randy and Mandy, a Fred and Fredia and an Aaron and Erin though....
My name, Yasmin, and I've only meet a few people with the same name. H's name is Sean and I hear it all the time.
We know a couple and the guy has the same name as my H. His initials are S.E. and he's engaged to someone with the initials A.N. They always sign cards S.E.A.N. and it's just funny that their initials spell his name
I don't know any couple with our names - Cathy & Gary.
This reminded me of a guy that my dad worked for. My dad's name is Fred MyMaidenName and his name is Fred MyMaidenName spelt one letter differently. On top of that, the guy's wife's name is Kathy. How strange is that!!
My name is Chelsea, which is more common in younger girls (thanks, Chelsea Clinton!), so no. I don't know anyone with my name, funny enough. His is Andrew which is certainly plenty popular. I just googled "Andrew and Chelsea" and some couples came up for their wedding websites, ha. I should get to know them!
I know what you mean, though. A couple friend of mine are Eric & Amy, and that's my BFF's boyfriend's niece and nephew's name, and so they've said whenever I'm like, "Oh, I'm going to Eric & Amy's" that it's so weird for them.
We're Maggie (Margaret) and Jake (Jacob). We don't know any couples that share our names. I've only met one other person my age named Maggie, and I can't think of any Margarets. Surprisingly I think H might be one of a handful of Jakes/Jacobs that I know in our age range.
I have noticed that Jacob is very popular for baby boy names right now, though.
DH's name is super common so we are constantly around other Joshs. My name isn't, I've only met a few people named Heidi. So no we don't know any couples with our names.
Funny enough though, we were over at my sister's house this weekend for a couple's day of grilling. Her friend Josh showed up with his new girlfriend Lisa (same name as my sister.) That was a little strange for me, hearing my sister's name with my husband's name in a romantic sense.
The guy I dated through college was named Kory. My sister's name is also Cori and my brother in law is Bill. So when we were all together we were Cori and Bill and Kory and Jill. Yeah, it was strange.
H's name is Trey (real name, not nickname). I've never met another Trey before.
