As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Kiefer Sutherland in Touch series VS 24 Series
I couldn't say he has perfect outlook, but I can say he had great performances both in Touch series and 24 Series. For the former, I love his voices whatever at the beginning of episode or at the ending. For the later, I moved by his performances and something more.
