Summer Plans!
What are your big plans for the summer?

We don't really have any big plans. My bday is in less than a month. H is going to Gettysburg with his Dad at the beginning of July. I'm still trying to figure out what I'm going to do with myself during that time. I'm hoping we can do a weekend at the beach at some point.
Our only other plan is to spend Labor Day weekend at the Cape with some college friends. It's something we've done every year for as long as I can remember now, and a great way to wrap up the summer!

Nothing big planned, but we usually go up to Maine about ever other weekend. All of my family and most of my friends are up there....we have a house right across from the beach...so it's a perfect little getaway.

Unfortunately for us, nothing much this summer. We took like 5 vacations last year to various places, so we don't really have the money to do much this summer. H will be working... a lot.We're going to get our yard finished, go up to our "campsite" in the woods a couple of times (hopefully). That's going to be about the extent of it... unless hubby starts rakin in the dough haha
We'll hopefully get some more started on our church reno. But at the moment, we're kinda thinkin one thing at a time, and lets get our current house done first.
Summer! It is so close!
In July, from the 3rd to the 10th, we are going to be in Oregon to visit H's family. He grew up there and hasn't seen his brothers and sister since he moved to Ohio over 2 years ago. On the 11th, I have an appt with my ob/gyn to go over the basics and see if we are in a good place to start TTC.
In August, my dad is getting re-married in Florida. I have never been so it should be an adventure. It is only a quick weekend trip but hopefully it will be fun.
We have a wedding in Texas this weekend, that'll be a blast! I still need to buy a dress for it, though. Nothing like waiting until the last minute :-P
We have a couple concerts planned this summer. We were originally gonna go camping the weekend of the concert, but I'm so uncomfortable in my own bed now that I doubt I'll agree to camping when I'm even more huge and uncomfortable.
Mostly I'm trying to save up my PTO for maternity leave, so we probably won't do anything big.

We didn't have much planned which has actually turned into a good thing. This coming Sun-Wed H and I are going to Hot Springs on vacation with my dad, step mom, and brother which they have so graciously paid for (which is one of the reasons we are going.) Mostly of our extra money is going towards baby stuff right now.
We are hoping to figure out something with MIL's house today so that is looking to be our biggest thing this summer and also finishing the nursery.
We have lots of little things planned for the summer.
A wedding to go to, I am hosting a baby shower for SIL, and helping plan my step-dad's surprise 50th birthday party.
We are going to be making a fun fire pit area with pavers, and stone fire pit, which I'm excited about.
We're having my family down for the 4th.. we live in a tourist town, and always have awesome fireworks on the lake.
And we might go up to my families cabin in August!
We have no big plans this summer. We just got back from an 8 day trip visiting DHs Mom. I am standing up in a wedding in 3 weeks which is taking up most of the month of June for me.
We have a lot of work to do on our house, so that is going to be our big plan this summer!

We've got quite a busy summer planned so far!
This weekend we are taking my mom to Mackinaw Island for her birthday.
The end of June we are going camping in the Porcupine Mountains.
In July H has 2 weeks of A.T. so he'll be gone, I have a bridal shower/bachelorette party to attend/help host in Marquette.
August is pretty clear as of right now but I'm sure it'll be filled with more camping, beaching and road trips
I'm pretty excited for this summer!
