I ended up going grocery shopping today after running errands all day so it was a poorly planned meal planning week.
Tonight we had homemade mac & cheese, with asparagus on the side.
Tomorrow will be BBQ chicken and probably baked potatoes and the rest of the asparagus.
Rest of the week is up in the air. I found a frozen container of roast pork that DH's aunt made awhile ago, so that's thawing slowly in the fridge. If I determine it's edible (no date on it...so not 100% sure...gross, right?) we will probably have sandwiches with that one night. Probably some more chicken one night, because I have a ton of it. I really need to organize myself. I got thrown off today by a bunch of unexpected schedule changes and am all out of sorts.
