Tone It Up Nutrition Plan

Has anyone on hear tried the Tone it Up Nutrition Plan? I've tried a couple recipes and am working on their Bikini Workout series. They recently updated their plan and I am interested in giving it a go, but wanted to see if anyone has had experience with it. Thanks!

Re: Tone It Up Nutrition Plan

  • I bought it and it's nice, although I feel like it isn't enough food. I'm usually ravenous while on their plan. It's kinda hard to keep up with, no starch after a certain time...dairy only once a day. It kinda makes me neurotic, like what should I order if I eat out? What if I really want a cheese enchilada for dinner? Is that so wrong?!

  • Thank you for your response. If you don't mind my asking, how do they determine how much you should eat? Are there general rules across the board?

  • I have not heard of this diet plan but I'd like to offer an interesting suggestion.  most "fad diets" only work short term and I admit, I've tried a few with zero luck.  It just made my weight bounce up and down. Not fun.  As I was watching one of my fav cooking shows "Good Eats" i found a very interesting episode about how he lost 50lbs!  The episode is called "Live and Let Diet"  and he has great advice and he explains why these things work in terms of how your body processes things.  You can find it on youtube.
