misquitos
We were in the backyard last night (long story involving my mom chopping down all kinds of tree stuff and us needing to bundle it up in 4 ft. bunches by Saturday!) and the mosquitoes were awful. We use candles on the deck, but I can't keep L on the deck all summer and this fiesta is a backyard event!
How do you tame them in your yard?

Now the ticks are the problem too! I have found one big one and one deer tick on myself, and last night L had a deer tick in her leg! I just can't win.
