I was asked to make a meatloaf

A meatloaf was requested for tomorrow night's dinner. I was hoping you all could share your favorite recipe with me. I feel like changing it up a little.

I bought this and make 3 different lasganas and peo[ple love it! picked mine up at bed bath and beyond.

 

turkey lasagna:

1lb of ground turkey

1 zuchinii chredded

1 cup bread crumbs

1 egg

1/4 cup kecthup

1/4 cup parmesiancheese- shredded

1/4 cup milk

mix by hand , form into loaf and bake 350 for 1 hour.

i mashe some sweet potatoes and homemade apple sauce and yumm!

I use 2-3 lbs of ground beef (turkey), 1-2 raw eggs, Italian seasoning, minced celery and onion, and about 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. Mix everything together in a bowl. Put into loaf pan bake at 350 until meat thermometer reads at least 155 degrees (about 1 hr maybe??).

I know I'm a couple days late but I just buy the packet of McCormick seasoning mix and follow that recipe, then I put a few slices of bacon on the outside and it gives it a great flavor and makes sure it doesn't dry out.
