Outdoor wedding location
I am usually over on the bump, but just realized this board is much more active than the Philly board over there!
One of my closest friends just got engaged and is looking for an outdoor location in Delaware/Chester County or an immediately surrounding area. The wedding would be mostly DIY with a tent and such, so facilities aren't necessary. She anticipates a guest list of about 200.

Pennsbury Inn and Gardens, Chadds Ford
She may have the best luck with finding a farmer in Chester County and renting their property. Many of these facilities will allow you to have an outdoor ceremony, but will require the bulk of the event to be held inside (mostly due to noise ordinances to respect the neighbors near the venues).
