  • I've been ON A ROLL!  My friend suggested getting vitamin B in liquid form.  Your body can't get b-12 through digestion, so you hold it under your tongue for 30 sec.  WHAT A DIFFERENCE!  Seriously, I'm even staying up later.

    Last week I went to the gym Sun, Mon, Wed and Sat and walked 2 miles at lunch Tuesday.  I walked yesterday at lunch and plan to go to the gym tonight, and walk tomorrow weather permitting.  then the kids come, but I hope I can start back to when they leave!

    No weight change, but I have been getting recipes off pinterest.  Yummy avocado chicken salad in a pita for this week is SO good, and I'm not hungry for an afternoon snack either.

  • I'm still not working out as much as I need to, but I was worried I had a pinched nerve most of the weekend and was trying to take it easy just in case. Also, I built furniture, that's like, a million workouts. ;)

    But, I've been doing pretty well with eating right and counting my calories and am down another pound!

    ...Granted, I just had a bag of peanut M&Ms, but I think days where your work makes you cry in the work bathroom are a little bit okay to have chocolate. Just a little. ;) And it means I won't have the wine I was going to have with dinner tonight, but that's okay. It was the best damn M&Ms I've ever had, ha ha.

  • lehc, sorry you had a bad day at work.  Hopefully it gets better.

    I've been doing ok.  I only got to work out 3 times last week when I really wanted to do Insanity in the morning and cardio at night at the gym.  Last week was pretty hectic and long at work.  We got in a couple of big shipments, so one day that we didn't work out, I still lifted around 40 workstations that weigh 50 lbs each.

    I worked out yesterday morning but got a headache at the end of the work day so just went home.  I didn't work out this morning because I had an early doctors appointment.  H and I are planning on going to the gym tonight though and I am hoping I can get enough sleep to wake up for a morning working.

    I've been eating pretty good except this weekend.  H and I had an amazing weekend of being lazy and we got McDonald's for lunch and pizza for dinner on Saturday.  It was totally worth it and I don't feel guilty! :)

  • DH and I did amazing last week with food and working out.  We went to the gym 7 times in 5 days.  This week we have been 3 times so far and are planning on going at least 3 if not 4 more times.  We only go on weekdays though we take off Sat and Sun.  We did have cheat days on Sat and Sun plus on Monday, I had a bowl of pasta.  I was so stressed about the house that I couldn't help myself.  Pasta is one of my comfort foods.  I have been better yesterday and today though.  :)

  • I'm doing great lost another quarter inch here and there.  Seems I've lost everywhere except my hips!  No weight difference though.  Starting to see a huge difference in my thighs though.  Tons of lounges and squats!

    I've been doing great with food choices.  I did meet my sister after my interview this afternoon for lunch and ate like a pig.  (Interview went well, I think.) Tomorrow there is a potluck at work, so I'm sure I will eat too much.
