We have a bedroom in the house that will serve two purposes: the guest room and my sewing/painting room. I want it to have a bright, cheerful color palette, because I will be spending a lot of time in there. It will be "my" room most of the time, since we don't have guests that stay the night often. Do these colors seem too girly to be a guest room? I don't want any men that stay over to feel like they are in a little girl's room.. I was thinking of adding more green, too.

Re: Guest bedroom colors
Not too girly. I have similar colors in my guest room. My bedding is RL Coco Palm, which has been discontinued, but you can find it very reasonably on ebay. (I bought a seconds duvet and the only imperfection is that it wasn't perfectly square - one side was cut crooked - oook! Fine by me for a steal!)
