Giving it up!!!

I am going to kick my habit of dairy in my coffee.  I started this a few months back by switching from creamer to plain ole 1% milk. I am now putting only around a TBSP amount in my cup. Yay!!  I don't like black coffee at all so I will continue to use my one serving of truvia...which I will have to live with.  I might switch to agave to replace the truvia down the road. I have actually lost about 2-3lbs over the last month or so doing just this simple switch.   Not much...but a start!!

Re: Giving it up!!!

  • You do realize that 1% milk is dairy?
  • I think she means she is close to giving it up. Once the 1% is done it will just be sweetener and no dairy.

  • God Luck!! after years of being at least a pot in the AM and a 2nd pot thru the day ( with either sugar/real cream or flavored liquid creamer, no black for this girl) I have gotten myself down to about once a week I have a cup of coffee. with the cream, it is a treat after all :P Now? I have switched to either herbal tea or most days I start my day off with lemon water. When I do drink coffee most of the time I don't even finish the cup!
